I had a great experience that round table Pizza I've been going around table for 20 years in California I live in Corinth and drove 30 minutes to go to round table always love their Pizza my first time there I give him five stars the manager waited on me he was a man very polite I got my pizza out quickly I'll be back again thank you round table and management Jeff

Pizza is awesome. I feel like every company deserves a chance to make things right. This is our favorite pizza place. Food is great, but whoever owns this place should probably be replaced. I’m not blaming the people actually working here. Top down. More than one time I’ve ordered online only to show up and be told the order didn’t get into their system. EVERYTIME you arrive when your pizza is supposed to be ready, it’s never ready. You always wait at least 10 mins or longer.It’s the franchise owner who allows this to happen. Take responsibility. Awesome product. It would be packed if you had a better owner.

Every time I come to this place there is never anybody here, now I understand why. The quality of the food has gone down at this location. The vegetables are not cooked fully in the pizza, the salad ingredients are old, the bread twists take 30mins. To make, and when they finally bring them out to you, they are burnt. The customer service is full of employees that do not care, there are roaches and flies all over the restaurant, I do not recommend this Restaurant, it makes the rest of the Round Table chain look horrible.

I’ve been going to Round Table Pizza for over 40 years and this location is a disgrace. It is without a doubt the worse ran location ever! It is ran by a manager named Teresa who seemingly has an axe to grind with customers. She is always rude and never polite. It is like she looks for any reason to argue with customers. I’ve had several negative encounters with her and my wife has had as well. Although this location is closer to my house, I’ll be forced to drive to McKinney to avoid this miserable person. Please get rid of her and get a better manager.

Teresa kindly welcomed us and asked if we were celebrating an event. She then suggested to open setup the party room for our family. That was such a wonderful surprise that made our unplanned event so special. She checked on us several times to see how she can help like a host. Our pizza and buffalo wings were cooked to perfection with toppings that were fresh overflowing! Thank you for making our family birthday so warm and special and going above and beyond for us! You made us feel like family at Round Table!
