The service was quick, but the food was not enjoyable. We ordered through the drive-thru and the fries were lukewarm and not fresh. The chicken was not crispy either. I live only 3 minutes away, so the food should not have been cold when I got home. View all feedback.
Eating is consistently good and fresh. the problem is the super slow service. I order my eating always 15-20 minutes before the time through the mobile app. Every time I arrive here, they have not even begun. then I'm still left to wait another ~10 minutes to actually get my food. what is the point of order before the time?
Quality of food at this place has gone down to super bad.. stone cold and stale food .. my kids used to love this place but now .. they just don’t want to see this place anymore.. It feels like a frozen warmed up in a microwave

It's always good food from canes. But it's also hard to mess up chicken fingers and fries
