I really like the creativity with the drinks. I can choose specifically the level of sweetness and how much ice I want in my drink. It is always a pick me up after a long day. First time visiting this location. I usually go to Richardson and Plano. Had a rather large order, tipped before getting my drinks because I appreciate the patience that goes about with my asian family (uncles and aunties are hard to please). The lemon ayu tea is soooo yummy. THE BEST bubble tea place
My favorite is Earl Grey Milk Tea with 3Js boba, pudding and herbal jelly
So yummy! tea and boba are deep, rich flavors that doesn’t overpower you. Refreshing with the aroma of tea.All employees are very attentive and the cashier that i interacted today was helpful and patient with me as i ordered. Nothing wrong with the staffs as some reviews said. I think they are already improved than before.High quality ingredients!No any food violation.Highly recommended.
EDIT: I've been trying to contact someone since January. I've emailed. There is no receipt number because the person IGNORED me and hid from me I didn't even see her. I stood there for a while. no greeting. January 7th around 6:00 pm-6:30 pm. Check your cameras to see who it was, it's not my issue it's yours.incredibly disappointing leadership skills by not admitting mistakes, opting to learn from them, and instead praises the good, newer reviews, as if they did nothing wrong. If you're going to move on, at least take some accountability and apologize. How are you going to fix it? Or should we not expect you to do better? I still can't believe the treatment I received, I wish customers were taken seriously in mistreatment.
This place is great, never really had any problems with customer service or the drinks. Would definitely recommend if you want some good bubble tea. They use to have more options a couple of years back but it looks like they removed a few items.I would recommend they look into developing an app since all of their competitors have one. It’ll them to promote seasonal drinks. Usually I don’t know of any season drinks until I’m standing at the pickup area and see a sign. Which I don’t even know if it’s outdated or not because it looked kinda old.
