Rad family owned, family friendly restaurant in the Frisco Colony area that's every bit as tasty as it is aesthetically pleasing. The food is awesome, and has great alternatives to some of the common burrito bowl quesadilla restaurants. The chicken tinga is exceptional, the queso blanco is good enough to drink with a straw, the Mexican style ice cream is so satisfying you can tell the food is fresh and not over seaso... What Dashiell Wickler doesn't like about Casa Del Bro:
I've gotten the vegetarian burrito several times now and the portions are so inconsistent depending on the staff. The last two times they put in one small scoop of beans and rice and the burrito ends up tiny. It is really dissapointing each time and I will stop coming. The food quality/taste itself are good. It's just portions are very inconsistant(at least with the veg burrito). Location is good/clean. I'd prefer no... View all feedback.
Just wanted to do a big shout out to Casa del Bro for sponsoring an amazing lunch for staff at our son's elementary school. My entire family loves this restaurant. The food is fabulous (portions always generous and the kids plates are perfect). We also love the homemade ice cream bar and their to-go margaritas! Rafael and his family are kind and wonderful to work with! Thank you!
We went as a family of 6 for our first visit. We had the chips salsa, burritos, kids tacos, and elote. The ground beef and chicken tinga were delicious. The chips and salsa were fresh. The fountain drinks had a great variety; we had the hibiscus juice and whipped orange (it tasted like a Creamsicle in a cup). They also had Dr. Pepper, Pepsi, sierra mist and Stubborn brand sodas. I was too full to have the homemade icecream, but the kids said it was delicious.
Went in for dinner last week for the first time. Service was really quick and staff was friendly. Food was amazing!
Tex-Mex restaurant located just off Main Street and Lebanon Road. The concept is quite similar to a Chipotle except that it has an upgraded decor and nicer furniture. The ordering is simple, you go to the bar which has already cooked food and you pick your selection. The food is fresh but don't expect anything extraordinary. The restaurant is clean and the service was quick. Outdoor seating available.

The chicken tinga is exceptional, the queso blanco is good enough to drink with a straw, the Mexican style ice cream is so satisfying you can tell the food is fresh and not over seasoned like Chipotle, I could go on. The fountain drinks are local, they have custom made fingerboards for the handmade table size skatepark and a bench made of skated skateboards. Seriously there's so much to take in here and it's true Mom Pop the owners also operate it. Truly a hidden gem. d9photos.com
