Bruster's Real Ice Cream - Frisco

We started going to Brusters since late May , ice cream was great , service was great . June and July not the case thy have the flavors online we call and they don’t have sherbet or sorbet every week is the same story they are going to order next week , key lime pie out it has been horrible since then it is peak season and Trey don’t the flavors available maybe in the winter we have other choice after I called today to hear the same story that is the line in the sand we won’t be coming there anymore. Are you open for business? You can’t sell what you don’t have. Thanks anywayMichael

It was my first time visiting and Trevor was really kind and helpful when it came to recommending ice cream flavors. The kie lime is especially amazing! I will be coming back for sure!

Last week was my first time using this location i was used to the one on Stacey Rd in Mckinney, but unfortunately, they closed). I could not place my order over the phone which I get, most places will send you to their websites). I have moved from Mckinney to Arlington and every time i get an opportunity to come to the area, I used to call in my order 1 quart) and they would hard freeze it for me and when I get there, I would pay and use my rewards if any. I had forgotten the word hard freeze when I was placing my order so, i put on the instruction that I needed it to be put in the feezer because I was coming from Arlington, it was not. Today I have been trying to place an order as I will be in the area) but i am unable to use my points. I also have not been succesfull at getting anyone to answer the phone even though online it says the store is open). I have tried severally to no avail. Very disappointing

First time here and Ice cream was amazing. i loved my hot fudge sundae. the servers were also extremely kind and helpful. outstanding customer service. best ice cream i’ve had in a while definitely recommend the strawberry cheesecake. will be back with family and friends

The blast toppings are so good, But the ice cream was watery and icey I rather get a whole cup of your cookie dough instead. I will be sticking with Handel's, Never coming again also it's really slow.
