Was Remee E E at Bird Craft a mag?
We visited in October second week, very good ambience, great location, this is a good option for quick eat, fried chicken and mandarin rice with some home brewed ales we had. There were plenty of seating, crowd was good, recommend for dine in. View all feedback.

What Josh Morse dislikes about Bird Craft:
We ordered this on the way home after skiing. The chicken was super crispy and the firebird sauce was ????! I wish I could leave a higher review, but we cut into our leg and thigh pieces and it was severely undercooked. I was able to call them for a refund though. View all feedback.

Really really good food, however, they seem to have cut down on the volume they give you. I’m a frequent customer and the most recent bowl has much less food in it than previous visits. I suppose instead of raising prices they decrease how much they give you. Still just as delicious!

Full fried chicken comes with 2 choice of sauce, cucumber pickles, and a bed of rice. Chicken is on the smaller side so don't expect to get full just from chicken. I'd rather have no rice and larger chicken. Peanut and lime mayo sauces are good. I didn't really touch the thai chil. It was just basic. The only complaint I have about the chicken is the size and that it is too crispy to bite into. I had a hard time taking bites, so I used chopsticks to peel off parts and dunk that into the sauce, which required a bit of work and is slow process.I'd skip the papaya salad, they are not finely julienned and pretty thick. The thinness is what I enjoy the most from the papaya salad but this one didn't hit it for me.Coconut soft serve is really good, large enough to share.

I love outer range; my boyfriend lives in summit and pretty much every time I come up to visit, we eat here. And every time I get the chicken sandwich with tofu subbed for the chicken. I understand it comes as cubes and not a patty but this time I was told I can’t substitute tofu at all. I’m vegetarian and if I can’t continue ordering the dish I have been for over a year then that sucks really bad.

Best meal in Summit county. We stayed in Summit county for 6 days and this place is the best of all. The chicken is so crispy and tasty. They marinated the chicken through and through. Every bite is tasty. We would eat there everyday if we could. Therestaurant is located in the brewery building.
