Aw Shucks Oyster - Frisco

I went to this restaurant on Saturday for a quick lunch. There weren't many people, but I really enjoyed the lively atmosphere. The staff were very friendly. The food we ordered was all delicious. The oysters were a little lacking in flavor, but they were a good size and very fresh. The highlight was definitely the Cajun fries - I almost wanted to order more. The shrimp gumbo was very flavorful, although the shrimp were a bit lukewarm. I will definitely be coming back to try more dishes.

Situated on Preston, just north of Highway 121, this restaurant is a great spot for a quick lunch to satisfy your seafood cravings. We started off with the delicious Ceviche appetizer, which was a perfect way to begin our meal. The fried Catfish and Shrimp Po Boy were both tasty choices. The catfish was fried to perfection. Don't forget to make a stop at their cocktail sauce station. Enjoy a cold beer on their outdoor patio while you dine. The service was excellent, with a friendly and helpful staff throughout our visit.

The staff at this restaurant was incredibly welcoming and friendly. My children and I were greeted with smiles from the moment we walked in. After going through the menu, we decided to try the recommended Grilled Oysters and Fried Fish with Fries. Despite the server not recommending the oysters (which I found odd), we decided to give them a try. A major plus was that they accepted Apple Pay. Our food arrived quickly, with the fish being moist and deliciously fried. The fries were decent, but not my favorite. As for the oysters, they were overcooked and had an excessive amount of Parmesan cheese that was burnt to a crisp. Overall, they were very disappointing, especially for a place that calls itself an oyster bar.

Ummm, I needed to be wheeled out nearly. The best seafood I have ever had, without being on the beach somewhere. I will go back any chance I get. Staff was awesome and super friendly, Asst. Manager was THE BEST and so attentive. The prices... well if youwant good, you pay that! They offer stuff I've never had or heard of. Crab balls... HEAVEN. This is a must try little spot,perfect for a date night or weekend lunch. They got dranks too and a patio. Hurry and go.... you WON'T be sorry!!! Oh... ladieswear stretchy pants if possible, your belly will be happy you did!!!

The lunch special of fish, shrimp, and oysters was amazing - piping hot and delicious! I have never been disappointed with a meal at this restaurant.
