It used to be our favorite spot on the island, largely because of the incredible and friendly service provided by our beloved waitress, Natasha. However, our recent experience was disappointing as Natasha was no longer working there. This year, the service was handled by two different individuals, and it was a stark contrast. The service we received was cold, distant, and inattentive. The male waiter, in particular, displayed a level of arrogance and entitlement that left a sour taste in our mouths. It felt like we were an inconvenience to him, and his attitude was bossy and unpleasant. Throughout our travels on the island, we have never encountered such a poor and arrogant attitude towards customers. The only saving grace was the food, which was decent enough to prevent us from giving just one star. If you value friendly and authentic customer service, I would recommend exploring other restaurants on the island, as we won't be returning to Ageri. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
