Great appetizers of local cuisine... We took the Beacon Puree with the Wild Stories and the Scattered Tomatoes (a sort of Caponata) and were exquisite. Even very good meat. We chose it and was cooked at the moment. Typical Apulian butcher. Quality ratio price in the standard, we paid the right. I highly recommend it.
