We ordered a variety of dishes and all of them left us wanting more. The salmon in pepper sauce was a real show. The sauce had the perfect balance between the spiciness of the pepper and the smoothness of the salmon, creating a combination that made us savor every bite. The grilled dorada was fresh and perfectly cooked. Each piece was tender and melted in the mouth, with a flavor that transported us to the shores of the Mediterranean. The rebosado calamari was a pleasant surprise. Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Alejandro's service also deserves a special mention.
