Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

The 6-piece order is actually more than 5 1/2 pieces, and all of the pieces are smaller than expected. It’s disappointing to receive a smaller strip after paying $15.99 for it. The food is good, but it's a shame that the prices have gone up while the portion sizes have gone down.

I picked up a catering order (tires and fries), but they didn’t include any ketchup in the bag. Come on, Cane's, you can do better than that! The chicken strips were, as always, tasty.

I received some of the best customer service I've ever experienced at a Canes restaurant! I arrived late to pick up my online order, which was entirely my fault, and the staff kindly offered to cancel my order since it wasn't warm anymore. What a thoughtful gesture! I politely declined their offer, as it was my fault for being late. This experience truly exemplifies excellent customer service!

This is the 3 finger combination that costs almost $7. I set up a single French frit next to the chicken to show how small the chicken is. It's basically a 3 Nugget Combo at this point. I'm done wasting money here.

First time to dine-in at a stand-alone Cane's (used to frequent one at the shopping mall in Louisiana) and enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. Love their sauce and lemonade.
