Cash users beware! It’s clear that the staff here doesn’t handle cash well—there’s no change for a $10 bill! It seems to work in their favor because if you don’t have exact change (and who does?), they get to keep the difference as a tip. And if they forget to add the extras you paid $3 for? Marcos pizza has the distinction to serve the best piece pizza I've ever had, and the worst piece pizza I've ever had. Apparently, it's a big thing they're dealing with. I won't use it again.

They seemed overwhelmed by how busy it was. Ordered 2 lg pizzas, apizza bowl and breadsticks. While we were waiting, they forgot to make the beadsticks. It took 20 mins more after the rest of the order was already done. They didn't tell us, we overheard them talking about it. They could have told us. The owner sent me an email saying (in a nutshell) sorry and we will tell them what to do next time. Computer glitch caused this. Have a nice week.. Wow! That's the way to keep your customers happy. No wonder they didn't say anything, they are taught by example of poor customer service. Too bad.
We always order from this location and we are always thankful for the delicious pizza's. The delivery driver tonight was Nathan... he was awesome!! I called our Friendswood location just now to let them know they have a superb employee!! Thank you Nathan!!!
