I had just picked up my brother from being in the hospital for a week due to a surgery he had to get and the first thing he wanted to eat was Panda Express. We came here hoping to relax and just enjoy a nice meal together before going back home. Upon entering, it was really nice and quiet. But when the employees were taking our orders, they were really rude and made us feel so unwelcomed. My brother felt so terrible blaming himself for being slow to place his order because he was still a little out of it from the anesthesia. But I reassured him it was not his fault. The workers were sort of making him feel like he was stupid. I felt so bad. I stood next to him to help him order his food and the way the workers acted, like we were a nuisance to them. I can’t remember their names but one was an Asian guy and the other was a black lady. I would not go here again..
I ordered online. I drove to pick it up. I was informed, You have to come inside. Once inside, we were ignored. The package of teriyaki chicken leaked. And, while we ate, five men and one women (one at a time) asked to used the restroom. It had to be unlocked by an employee. What 's up with that?
The Honey Walnut Shrimp was absolutely fantastic—delicious, served hot, and clearly freshly made. The staff was patient and eager to let you try anything you wanted. I will definitely return! The kitchen was clean, and once again, the overall experience was very good. I also ordered the chili shrimp, which were crispy, spicy, and served hot, demonstrating their freshness. The staff continued to be helpful and friendly throughout my visit. I highly recommend the chili shrimp—they're always a delight! I’ll always stick with the shrimp; I've never been disappointed!
