Applebee's Grill - Fridley

Great mushrooms burger. Server didn't return to our table until he brought the bill.

Got food delivered. Not as good as in the past.liked the o ld menu better.

First visit, and was very impressed with the Mushroom Swiss burger. I expected something puny, and instead it was huge, and very flavorful. The only disappointment, was our server, Kion, who after initially taking our order, all but disappeared. Someone else brought our food, and he didn't show up again until offering dessert, and then dropping our bill by the table. We had hoped to receive an offer refills, which never came. Perhaps some coaching or retraining will give this young man a passion and urgency to provide a higher level of customer service. Check it out for yourself and see what you think!

They brought out cold mozzarella sticks the drinks were weak the waiter was not good at his job the onion rings weren't completely cooked and both my brother and I got sick after eating there today I'm not going back and I suggest you don't go

I'm usually not a fan of Applebee's. We were doing a co parenting meeting so we chose this place. There was a small wait when we went in but it was a Fri evening so absolutely pleased with the wait. The food was way better than other locations I've been too. The service could have been better but that was just a training thing. I would have preferred more pre-bussing, and some more general check ins. Otherwise great visit. I can't give it 5 cuz it wasn't out of the water amazing but I definitely would go back for specific menu items.
