However, if you arrive a m... read more We were there for a week and unfortunately were only able to eat there once. The food was good, and the panorama is quite impressive. However, if you arrive a minute after 8 p.m., you'll be disappointed and turned away. According to the website, it's open until 9 p.m. The restaurant is apparently cross-subsidized by the holiday park, so they don't necessarily need the revenue.

Interesting combination with pork Viennese schnitzel. Tasty and plentiful. Would always come back when I'm in the corner.

(Smoked duck breast on lamb's lettuce with pea cream/venison broth with pistachio meatballs/venison loin with port wine jus, sweet potato mash, and glazed vegetables/walnut ice cream with marzipan tarts, glazed figs, and white chocolate for €59) Perfect, the food is worth every cent, even if the portions could be a bit larger for my taste. If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely pay the Geyerei another visit.
