Basically very good, especially considering that you are here in the East German province and not on the Mosel or Alsace. However, two star deductions for the following points:1. Ein Mega Restaurant der extra Klasse.. tip top Service.. klasse Auswahl an Speisen oder Wein Getränken.. egal ob einzeln oder als 3,4,5 Gänge Menü. Ja die Portionen sind ein wenig klein..dafür liegt der Fokus aber auf Geschmack und Handwerk. Und das hat voll und ganz überzeugt. Nur mit Kindern sollte man dort nicht nicht unbedingt essen gehen. Nudeln pommes schnitzel gibt's so nicht. Egal. Rundum ein klasse Lokal um mit Freunden oder alleine essen zu gehen. Vorbestellen wäre ratsam was man sogar über die Internetseite machen kann.
In einer kleinen Stadt ein Haus auf diesem Niveau zu führen bedarf Koch, Kellner und Gäste. Weinkarte: erstklassig! Speisekarte: erfreulich klein und dennoch divers! Service: bei ausreichend Umsatz motiviert! Die Speisen zweifellos lecker, aber habe ich überraschendes erlebt? Hier würde mir mehr Mut gefallen. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

We held our Christmas party there yesterday. In the beginning it was so loud, but that was laid during the evening. The wine cellar was stylish and brightly decorated, it was always asked for our well-being, the service was excellent. The food, yes, very simple, was already horny. I mean, don't eat everything, Bauer. But what went over my lips yesterday made every bit of joy for more. As an appetizer I had a super of the tuber cellar, the main course was with crabs, broccoli and two types of potatoes and dessert, a little bit of winter, a tonka bean cream with apple, raisins and a delicious crispy top. All in all, it was a successful evening. I'm going to strike up private there again!
