Went here last nite for the second time. Not sure why, but I can’t remember what I ate on my first visit, so I assume it wasn’t memorable…lol. Without a doubt, I’ll remember last night. Didn't expect a Japanese restaurant to be so good in Fresno. Authentic, big portions and reasonably priced. So many choices on the menu.
I 've been to Wasabi Off the Hook many times and continue to go back because they have the best quality fish in Fresno/Clovis. Sushi is my favorite food, and moving from Sacramento to here was an especially hard adjustment as every sushi place I tried didn’t have good quality fish except here. My favorite roll is the Max roll. My boyfriend always gets the chicken teriyaki and likes that it is lean and not too fatty. I’ve brought all my friends and family here who have visited me, and they all agree the quality is top notch! The only downside is that service can be a bit slow, so keep that in mind when dining in, but overall I will continue dining here as it’s the best sushi in Fresno.
Food was delicious. Service was excellent. Celebrating my daughters birthday. Had a great time.
This place is always solid! Amazing sushi. Never had a bad experience here.
