What User doesn't like about Umi Sushi Fresno:
Excited to try this place and was disappointed. My server seemed to be having an off day. He was curt and seemed annoyed. Other ladies were very friendly and ultimately asked for my bill from one of the ladies. Sashimi was fresh but the rice was over cooked for my roll. Chalking it up to the restaurant just having an off day in more than one way. I'm willing to try it again but not willing to go out of my way for it. View all feedback.
Fantastic sushi spot! Our meals were beautifully presented. I ordered the Hey Mama, while my partner chose a Teriyaki dish and what I believe is called Mango Mania. The menu features a solid variety of appetizers, entrees, and desserts. Plus, the restaurant has outdoor seating available. Just a heads up, you'll need to find parking in a nearby garage, but luckily my partner and I found an hour of parking right next to the restaurant. Definitely worth a visit!
The rolls here are absolutely delectable! The OMG roll is unlike any I've encountered before, and its flavor is truly addictive. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. This is by far the best sushi I've had in Fresno!
This is my go-to restaurant in downtown when I want to indulge in something truly delicious. They offer a great variety, whether you're a sushi lover or prefer something a bit simpler. They have all the classic options and the service is quick, even when it's busy, so you can be in and out in under an hour. I highly recommend the Bento Boxes or one of their many bowls, but you really can’t go wrong with a sushi roll.
I went here on Sunday at 7:00. I have the shark, tiger and California roles and they are absolutely delicious. The shark rolled my husband and I found our sushi spot. In any case, we'll go back.
Best sushi in Fresno in my opinion. I've never had a bad meal here and the fish is always fresh and delicious. Staff is attentive and nice as well.
