Between the increase in prices, no longer getting two pita bread with the plate and them leaving out the Cucumber the last two times I ordered a Mediterranean wrap, just doesn't feel worth it anymore.

I was a customer in at the same time as you and I caught the tail end of you railing into the one cashier and the one cook. You entitled bi*tch I hope you see this. First off I was in 10 minutes before you arrived and the woman cashier was in the restroom because she is human. She came out to see a line of maybe 4 people. The phone might have been ringing but she helped us first. Nobody was eating behind the counter, in fact the cook is barely visible because there is a tall shelf. You are a liar because you were hangry and you wanted them to answer the phone. So instead of ordering food, you came in to b*tch at them and leave?! Wtf. And to judge the woman based off her makeup is immature and irrelevant to good work. She also told you that the stores policy is for them to handle the customers that are inside the store first. You Told her it was poor management and that you were going to leave a really bad yelp review full of lies. So tell the truth susana, you're a miserable entitled person who is lying because you didn't get your way. When you left to your car to pout and write your review, the rest of us customers told her she was doing a good job and not to mind dried up hags like you. I sat in the store watching you frail in your car and type your temper tantrum on yelp. We told the girl that most people don't care about yelp reviews anymore because it's usually angry Karen's posting bad reviews for absolutely stupid reasons. The food was great, the cashier was kind and there is a now hiring sign in the door, so clearly they need help. Have some compassion for those that came to work and are juggling multiple positions without a break and having to deal with horrible people like you! Btw there was only 2 employees even though you stated several. And you aren't one to mock someone's appearance, just saying. I saw you in person and you're a 4 at best.

I called outside of The Broilers for 15 minutes well to be exact 16 minutes and 15 seconds. I walked inside to verify that the phone was ringing and that I really did have the correct place. When it came time for my place in line I had watched several employees walk back-and-forth looking at the customers and taking food out of stock and eating it. They were not on break and they came out later and it was just a free-for-all. I told the cashier that I had been calling for the last 15 minutes and that she should feel free to answer the phone. She stated that the management there didn't believe in answering the phone. I asked her if she was the manager. She stated that she was. Which made me giggle a little because she was so brazen about not caring about customer service. She was as forthright as her pants which she kept yanking upwards to stay on. She wore more eye makeup than Jack Sparrow and was most likely the child of an owner. She hates her job. Like really hates her job if she's letting the cook eat straight outta the cooking area.
