Taco Truck - Fresno

We ordered chicken tacos for our kids that we didn't get Chalupas where half missing. Spicy potatoes tacos had nothing but dry potatoes.

Heads up, you need to place your order at the kiosk by door. Not too difficult if you have your teenager with you. You can really customize your order with the electronic menu.It's summer so the special drink is a frozen watermelon lemonade that is so good you need to order the large size.

First of all, there are flies, buzzing around the entire dining room and kitchen. Second, I ordered a meal with an iced coffee. There was a long wait time and then the meal came with no drink. I asked about my drink and the person helping me told me that it would be a few more minutes. I completely finished my meal and went and asked about my drink again And was offered a replacement drink because the drive-through person was too busy to make my drink. I asked the manager if he was the only person who knows how to make it, and she replied yes... And then changed that to the drive-through person is very busy and he is the only one that can fit in that area where apparently the ice coffee would've gotten made, I was told he'll get to it when he has time. After a few more minutes, I decided to leave because I was becoming too angry at the situation and how nonchalantly I was being treated.

You might as well eat whatever is in the bag because it will not be what you ordered! Thought it was a fluke but this has happened multiple times. I give up on this location!

12/6/23 at around 11pm. Ordered a chicken quesadilla and taco surpremes. The quesadilla isn't sliced, which is fine, but they did only give me regular tacos, not taco supremes. Sh t isn't cheap these days. If I pay for some overpriced sour cream, I expect some overpriced sour cream. To top it off, they give you little to none hot sauce packets. So now im eating a dry a uncut quesadilla and tacos I overpaid for. Thanks guys.
