The restaurant was out of the bread that I wanted, but they provided excellent and friendly customer service.

I often visit this restaurant since it is close to my workplace. I have never encountered any issues in the past, but today there seemed to be some confusion with another order. However, my pickup was smooth. The B.M.T sandwich I ordered was served on a different type of bread than usual and it was not toasted.

The restaurant is supposed to close at 9 o'clock, but they keep their signs on. I ended up getting my sandwich at 9:30. In my opinion, businesses should switch on their "open" signs when it's closing time. I hope they compensate their employees for the extra time.

This restaurant review claims that the reviewer was double charged and feels like they were scammed. They had a coupon for two footlong sandwiches for $11.99, but when they went to redeem it, the total came out to $20. The reviewer questions how two sandwiches could cost that much unless there were additional items added. The receipt showed extra charges, but the staff insisted it was correct and walked away.
