This restaurant, located in the trendy Tower District of Fresno, was the first club in the area to offer vegan options. They have an array of unique dishes, including soy chicken tacos, Italian wurstburgers, western bacon burgers, Thai tacos, and various Impossible Burger versions. The restaurant is only open in the evening when they have drink offerings. I ordered the vegan taquitos, and while I enjoyed them, it took an incredibly long time for my order to arrive, and my food was only lukewarm when it finally came. I really appreciate that they serve vegan food, but I believe they would attract many more customers if they opened during the day as a regular restaurant. Personally, the nighttime...
