Pieology Pizzeria Park Crossing, Fresno, Ca

We recently drove through Fresno in route to Yosemite National Park and stopped at the Pieology Pizzeria at Park Crossing for a quick lunch. Opening hours are 11am to 9.30pm daily. This is an artisan pizzeria where pizzas are customised for each customer. You select the crust type, sauces, cheese and ingredient types which are assembled as you order. They are then baked and served fresh 10-15 minutes later. It is a good concept for a pizzeria. Importantly, we found our pizza to taste pretty good. During our visit, we tried the signature cauliflower crust with pesto sauce topped with artichoke, olives and sun-dried tomatoes. Ingredients were fresh. The pizza was baked well tasted pretty good. We rather enjoyed our pizza experience at Pieology and would gladly visit from time to time if we had something similar back home in Hong Kong. Nice job guys!

I wish I had taken a photo earlier, but everyone ate once the pizza arrived. I love this place like a subway for pizza. You can choose your crust, sauce and toppings. The deep plate crust is $2 more, but good it was worth when it took two meals for us. They even have thin crusts, gluten-free and wheat. If you join their website, you will receive vouchers. Food is great and parker to deliver pizzas to the table was quick and helpful. He brought us Ranch and To-Go Boxing with a smile, although he was super busy during lunch.

Amazing, friendly and helpful staff! My husband and I come to this place EVERY Friday night. The staff always remembers us and our pizzas. Thank you for always offering us an exceptional customer service!

Good food. Great company. Was delicious. Just lil too much salt. I'd suggest to Maybe not add salt. He will get it with no salt next time. Suggest offering sweet tea.

The ability to customize your pizza is great. They have a great variety of toppings to satisfy anybody's craving. The personal pizza is less than $9 and is more than big enough! My only complaint would be that the eating area could use some more attention. The handful of times I've been I've noticed the floor needs to be swept. The staff cleans the tables but seems to neglect the floors.
