What Mi Bondoc doesn't like about Pho 90:
I have been going to this place for quite a long time seen it changed ownership once before the lady owner Van, now the new owner made this place the worst Phoa place to go to. The food, service and the place it self had gone down hill very much. And in the evening it doesn't feel safe to go to due to the homeless conventions and drug party by the laundry mat behind the Shell Gas station allowed to happen. I won't re... View all feedback.
The prices and portion along with the flavor of the steak pho are great!!!! If your looking for a new pho spot this is it! I do like mine with a deeper flavor so I would suggest a big dollop of their hoisin sauce, three spoons of the chili oil and a big dollop of Sriracha...... Perfect ?Food: 5/5
Good experience but very loud in there. Felt like I was shouting when I was trying to talk.Food: 4/5
Stopped by on way home from SLO. I was craving Vietnamese food. Great choice!Food: 4/5
The cashier lady doesn’t understand English and blamed me for her mistakes. I told her over the phone that I wanted the #90 rice plate. She said yes. I had to triple confirm her to make sure it’s the rice plate and she got me a pho #90 instead. When I confronted her about the wrong order she told me I was wrong and that she was not willing to refund or replace it even though she made the mistake herself. She also made a big scene trying to comfort me and as you know, I was pretty nice about it since the food was for my husband on Father’s Day. As she charged me for the rice plate, she then tries to comfort and apologize to me multiple times as if I made a big deal about it in front of everybody. The next couple of days I came in and saw a sign explaining about this issue like seriously, they need to work on their customer service and understanding English. Not to be rude about it, but there is a language barrier and orders needs to be taken correctly or the menu needs to be fix. Overall, their foods are pretty good but there is a lot of homeless around there especially when the pho place is next to the smoke shop. I constantly get asked for change probably every visit.
Ordered take out med pho but think they gave me a large meatball it was ok. Spring rolls were bomb thou. Delicious and sauce too.Food: 3/5
