What User doesn't like about Philhouse:
the first and last time here. I wanted to try eating as recommended by a friend. my man and I were the only ones, but they ignored us. Some other people came after us, and they spoke to them in another. They ordered and went before us. This restaurant offers freshly cooked Filipino cuisine, evident from the long line of customers and tantalizing smells. Unfortunately, we were unable to dine there due to time constraints. In addition to the restaurant, they also have a Filipino grocery store and a fresh fish meat department.
