Petra Mediterranean Grill - Fresno

We got the lamb kebab a small Mediterranean salad and the baba ganoush . Was sooooo delicious the sauce they used on the lamb kebab was literally one of the best things I've tasted. A bit pricey but good quality and fresh tasting ingeredients . Nice people who work here too :

Absolutely horrible experience. Spent $90 on dinner for my family tonight (pick up order). The containers they use are awful so the all of the entrees fell out and ended up on the bottom of the overstuffed bag. When I complained to the manager he said there was nothing they could do and we'd just have to deal with it. I know have a hungry family and $90 of inedible food. Complete rip off and horrendous customer service. I don't say this lightly when I say I genuinely hope this place fails miserably. Assholes.

More expensive than some other places. The food is good but I've had better. Seemed disorganized. Ran out of hummus so gave me extra rice. Small portion of salad. I hear on these reviews that when getting hummus it is small amount. I didn't feel that I got my money's worth and the shawarma chicken plate tasted like what I could just figure out at home making it myself. The garlic sauce wasn't that great. So my taking is 3 out if 5 stars. It is good but not the best. The price is too high in my opinion. Should at least include a free drink or something at these prices and give more portion and improve the food flavor etc.

On our way home we weren't sure what we wanted to eat. Driving I saw Petra Mediterranean Grill so we decided to try it. We didn't know this place existed. The young lady who waited on us was very attentive and very forthcoming with her opinion of the various items on the menu. My wife and I decided to try the Mixed Combo Plate. We only ordered one as there was more than enough for two people. It was no doubt a burst of flavors. We were definitely impressed with the taste and amount. The owners are from Jordan and the cook is from Saudi Arabia. I give my recommendation to anyone who desire mediterranean food to go to Petra's.

Food came out BUSSIN! Big shoutout to the chef for making the plate look beautiful delicious plus the guy up in the front taking my order. Very good customer service
