Ono Hawaiian Bbq - Fresno

The food at this restaurant is excellent. It is always served hot and fresh. The staff is fantastic and the service is fairly quick. They offer a variety of delicious sauce options and the prices are usually under $15 per plate. In terms of kid-friendliness, they have a great kids menu available.

This was my second visit to this restaurant location, and it will likely be my last. During my first visit, I experienced terrible service, waited over 20 minutes for my order at the drive-thru window, and encountered a cashier with a disrespectful attitude. I hoped that not all staff members were the same, but on my return a few weeks later, I faced the same issues. I am extremely disappointed because I enjoy the food. The service at this location urgently needs improvement. They should reconsider their hiring practices.

The line at the drive-thru was very slow, which was my only complaint. The food was okay, but I would not recommend the teriyaki chicken. I suggest going to Panda Express instead.

This was great! Definitely recommend! : Food was fresh and the macaroni salad was my favorite.

I got the chicken katsu meal with 2 spam Musubi's. It was all delious and very filling.
