Olive Garden Italian - Fresno

I absolutely love the unlimited salad and soup, as well as the endless pasta!

For me, one of the most important aspects of a dining experience is the interaction with the staff, alongside the food. Since I was dining alone, I chose to sit at the bar and was served by Gracie. She embodied everything you hope for in a server—kind, helpful, accommodating, attentive, and genuinely caring. I enjoyed the unlimited salad, breadsticks, and soup, and both I and my stomach were very pleased with everything. This was my second visit to Olive Garden after about four or five years, and I will definitely return. You can't go wrong with Gracie taking care of you!

I was absolutely thrilled during my visit to this restaurant! It gets bonus points for me because of Leo, who works there and is a really awesome guy. Seriously, the vibe was laid-back, and the staff were patient and friendly. The environment was clean and fresh, and they even offered free water. Along with the water, I received complimentary breadsticks. The server refilled my water three times, always with a smile. The restroom was well-maintained, which is a big plus. I would definitely return for more free water and toasted ravioli. Olive Garden, please consider hiring me!

Went here and noticed that the silverware was dirty after we alerted our waiter of this she brought new silverware that was just as dirty as the previous silverware. Waiter and manager had a nasty attitude and when part of my party asked to cancel theirorders because it had been 30 plus minutes since we ordered the waiter canceled everyone's food. I used to love Olive Garden butthis by far was my worst experience at the restaurant.

Would have been 5 stars however looking at a dirty table sit for 45min wasn't pleasant and I doubt the patrons they sat right next to it weren't happy either as they ate and left rather quickly . Also our first waitress was very forgetful and inattentivefor example asked 3x for napkins and was served appetizers with no silverware or napkins had to get up and retrieve our own ,there were a few other issues but didn't sour our mood as we were there for a birthday and they were kind enough to put our cakein the fridge while we ate. The food was great I had chicken and shrimp carbonara portion was huge especially after soup andbread sticks .over all great place will definitely go back as it's a favorit
