Nekter Juice - Fresno

I?m not sure why there?s so many negative reviews? But honestly, it?s located in NE Fresno so I feel bad for the employees who get the most obnoxious Whole Foods Karen and Becky?s in the comments. Been ordering their food from DoorDash for a while and haven?t had a problem. The food is always delicious and customer service was very polite and patient. The dragonfruit bowl is amazing and one of my favorites here. The smoothies are pretty good here too! Definitely coming back here in person again! ?????

I can?t believe the comments about the employees being rude. This is why I come here! It?s always a good vibe when walking in and the staff is always super nice! Yeah the juices are a little pricey but you get fresh ingredients. Elderberry and Toxin flush are my favorites! Ginger shots are great if you feel a sickness coming on. If your in a rush, order ahead online. They do get a lot of mobile orders. I?ve never waited more than 10mins for my juice. This ain?t McDonald?s people!

WAS my fav place for açaí bowls, now I?m never coming again after I found what it looks like a piece of a blender blade. Found out buy chewing on it and almost swallowing it! Very disappointed

The product was Tasty I got a Bowl and my daughter a smoothie, but the service was terrible. My daughter and I waited about 6 min to order. Which was okay she was busy making other orders, They must have been online orders because it was empty. But I am very patient so It was fine. Then we ordered and there was about 4 people behind us. They completed every order ahead of ours from the line that occurred after our wait and were super rude about it. I also paid $1.50 for an extra layer of the chia which she gave me in a plastic cup on the side because she said they messed up and it wouldn't fit. So essentially we waited about 30 mins total and the girls were so rude.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I placed this order at 8:56 which means it takes 5 to 10 minutes for them to receive the order ticket. Which means at 9:06 they should of gotten the ticket. I came in at 9:36 it was supposed to ready at 9:30. I come in and the guy behind the counter said it wasn?t ready yet. I sit there for 25 minutes watching them not make my order. I go back up to the counter it?s now 10:02. Turns out they made my juices before I got there and forgot about it. They both wasted my time and showed no remorse for having me wait. To top it off my elderberry shot tasted gross like it was old.
