Never soaked in Soy Sauce (you can always add this... read more Can never say enough good things about Ming's Restaurant! The Fried Rice is the best in all of Fresno County. Never soaked in Soy Sauce (you can always add this if that's your thing), the rice is white, and a perfect texture, never soggy or hard. The vegetables are always perfect, never over cooked! The Kung Pao Tofu is so good. They always work with you on ingredients, extras, spicyness. The quanties are more than generous, and it always arrives piping hot!

Do not dine here— the chow mein was unseasoned and barely cooked, topped with a tasteless gelatinous gravy. It was absolutely revolting. The food had an odd taste, lacking seasoning and flavor. This has been my worst experience with Chinese food to date. There's no way anyone could give this restaurant more than one star.

Recently, I had a craving for Chinese food, so I decided to order salt and pepper wings along with tomato beef chow mein in curry sauce. The chicken was well-seasoned, super crispy, and juicy. The curry sauce was delicate and smoky, which complemented the buttery tender beef perfectly. I’ll definitely be ordering from here every chance I get! I placed my order in advance to avoid waiting, but when I arrived around 5 p.m., there was only one couple seated, so there was plenty of room available. The staff was polite and welcoming, and I also found street parking easily at that time.
