Alright, let's get to the money shot, that's what we all want! Friend on mine mentioned this place to me (I've drove by it millions of times had no idea) said its pretty good, try it out. So I did... The service was awful! When I asked about my order status I was interrogated about whether or not I purchased a meal. The lady behind the counter made me feel like a criminal for asking for the meal I payed $40 for... the old owners would have never! I can strongly say I will not be coming back. Jeez Louise, I just had their Jumbo Tri Tip Sandwich, and it took me home. They paid attention to every single thing for that sandwich: tender/seasoned tri tip, garlic toasted bread, and well-balanced BBQ sauce. The only thing I regret was that I should've dipped my sandwich into the sauce instead of pouring it into the sandwich. P.S. I ordered this sandwich during Wednesday lunch hour, and I got it RIGHT after I paid. Parking: Even though the parking lot is sort of tight in spacing, there was a lot of open spots when I went during lunch hour. I think it's because their service was extremely fast. Ordered the tri-tip sandwich with rice pilaf and beans for sides also pulled pork sandwich. I had the pulled pork and it was delicious. Mikes Grill is a food hut. No place to dine in unless you sit in your car. Plenty of parking. Friendly and fast service.
