Menchie's Frozen Yogurt - Fresno

Today, I visited the restaurant for its opening and was immediately turned away due to the unwelcoming attitude of two girls who were laughing and distracted by their phones. They informed us that they wouldn’t be opening for another 15 minutes. I’d prefer to go to a different Menchie’s than experience this again.

Now it’s 1:30 PM and, once again, the same sign is at the door with no explanation. I also saw a family outside who had been waiting. I don’t know what’s going on with this place, but I think it’s time for management to step in, as this situation is certainly detrimental to business.

The worst menchien are from the three in fresno. taste choices are not good. regularly go to other places to get better taste options. also do not find their location to be the most friendly. it was one thing.

My mom, youngest daughter and I went for frozen yogurt. (Which I love) It's not always available in stores. So was I happily surprised to find a place just selling frozen yogurt! They have all kinds of toppings. All the classic toppings as well as new ones. It's fun to build your own sundae!!! Take the whole family out for a treat this weekend. Try Menchie's Frozen Yogurt. I did and I'm hooked!!!

First off, the place is great and i like how clean they are especially in this pandemic that people aren?t allowed to serve their own yogurt. which is fine, however, the price is set to $3.99 for small i forgot the price for regular but sometimes the employees don?t even fill up the cup! just today i got myself a small cup with the topping 2 flavors of yogurt and when i received it, the cup was filled half way. then the worker asked me ?did you say a small cup?? i said yea. she told me that cup was a regular she filled it up as much as the small cup. but i know for a FACT that that was HALF of what i paid for. i barley had any yogurt!!! and to be honest, i know she lied to me about the cup being a regular because first off, why would she ask me if i asked for a regular or small? second, she could have just told me that cup was a regular after i asked her why the yogurt isn?t filled all the way up. third of all, i took the cup home and compared it to my small cup i still had and it turned out to be the EXACT SAME SIZE. ?i?m thankful for the employees who ACTUALLY fill our cups instead of putting 1/3 of the amount of yogurt we paid for. that?s all.
