Mcdonald's - Fresno

This is the only McDonald's my grandsons love this place it's hard to get them to leave

Great experience. By far one of tge best McDonald's I've been too. It was very clean inside and staff was amazing. The food was also made in a good timely matter where I didn't have to wait long. Food was nice and hot and wasn't made sloppy. It was by fat the best McDonald's I've been too in awhile. If your in the area I would recommend stopping by.

I was going to give them a poor review but they did something they didn't have to do which was nice. I ordered two of the strawberry pies they have and because it took so long they gave me 4. The only negative thing I have to say is I absolutely hate the fact you can't order with a person only at a kiosk, which was part of the confusion with me and the pie situation. But over all they went above and beyond. Thanks guys, you were appreciated today

Place has nice, friendly staff. Little bit chaotic though: They need an easier way for staff to recall orders for curbside for those who don't use the app. Staff brought wrong order to us, it took 5 mins to get the right order to us again, after they brought our order to the wrong customer, heading back in, then finally to us. In regards to food, its really high quality, the eggs are over medium, making the sauage, egg n cheese mc muffin juicy and delicious. I'd still come here again.

The burgers were cold, the buns were tough, and the fries were stale and also cold.
