Five - Fresno

First, the restaurant has great reviews, so we wanted to try. The parking lot is super small and crowded. We went in and the host said, How can we help you? No, I don't want you to sit. No? then we sat on their terrace, outside and super close to other guests and tables. The waiter was super awkward and we got no bread or water until 20 minutes later. The prices are undamaged and it is ITALIAN food that consists only of pastas, pizza and salad. No protein in most dishes. The Italian food in Italy is cheap, by the way. Even the alcoholic drinks are not good. We have a pizza, the lobster ravioli, another pasta dish, a soda and a tequila drink, and the bill came to $102?. My advice is different from Olive Garden, Pismos or Hofhaus. Ravioli was just fine. The other pasta dish was hard noodles and not edible. The waiter saw that we didn't eat the pasta dish, but didn't ask if we liked it or if something was wrong. These people just want your money for basic food. When we paid and wanted to leave the card we paid, we came back 20-30 minutes later? will not go back. Look elsewhere, unless you like to be around snobs and want to waste money and not even get full or enjoy a good drink.

Fine dining experience. The food was exquisite. Outstanding drink options. The overall experience was luxurious. Immaculate restrooms. Beautiful up-to date decor. The staff was super professional and inviting. The owner was personally thanking guests for their presence. 5 is definitely a place I will frequent. Update: Hands down our favorite spot in Fresno. The owner is frequently there greeting each table. The manager and staff treat us like family. Great drink options. The food is out of this world. We have not had anything here that we didn?t devour. The place is beautifully decorated and always kept clean. The people that frequent here are all so sweet. Definitely and environment we enjoy.

Excellent food and service. Make a reservation as they are very popular. AJ provided wonderful service. Can't wait to go back!

I went to this restaurant for the first time to celebrate a friend's birthday over Thanksgiving weekend. Our server was incredible and very patient with our group, particularly when one guest couldn't handle her alcohol. I wish I remembered his name so I could apologize. The food was good overall, and the service was excellent. I will definitely be returning in the future.

The restaurant has a wonderful atmosphere, delicious food, and excellent service. From the hostess to the servers, the staff made us feel welcome. The ambience and service were exceptional. The children loved their spaghetti with meatballs and lobster ravioli. The Calamari Appetizer was unique and delicious. The drinks were a bit pricey, especially the alcohol. However, you must try the lava chocolate cake - it is even better than the lava cake at Flemming's. Overall, we highly recommend this restaurant to everyone.
