Dutch Bros Coffee - Fresno

I absolutely Love Dutch Bros. Unfortunately today just wasn't happening ?. My cold brew tasted horrible. I normally order the cold brew (kicker) but today thumbs down. Dutch Bros is normally known for its consistency from customer service to the drink. Not today I actually couldn't even get half way because of the taste. Sucks because I wasted my points on this ?.

I had a great experience due solely to a worker named Mary. She was so friendly and sweet. She helped me choose a drink and I enjoyed it. I will be coming back soon! I also liked the headband she wore, can you ask her where it?s from?

Almost always a line and almost always moving quick. The employees are friendly and work quickly. I always tip em a couple bucks, standing in the heat to work for minimum wage is not something anyone wants to do. Which brings me to my next point directed to the managers of this location: let your employees use the cold box in the drive through line! There's no reason the minimum outside temperature should be 100° to utilize that box! 90-95° should be sufficient to cool off in this summer heat! Aside from that, I always enjoy the coffee and drinks they sell here. Far better than Starbucks! So if you haven't tried it already give it a shot!

OMG. OPEN 24 HRS. Do I really need to say more only to state open one in the South Bay. Gilroy would be awesome. Lots of traffic going places! Drinks are always great tasting. Prefer over starbucks! Iced Vanilla Chai always hits the spot!

I got two dutch sodas for a nice refreshing change. Just a bit disappointed around the amount of ice to soda ratio. I definitely feel like I was cheated out of product. ??????? Tatsed good just a waste of 8.50.
