I visited without a reservation and found it to be quite popular, so I recommend booking ahead if you want to ensure you get a table. The staff was very welcoming when I arrived and made sure my party and I were comfortable while we waited for a table to become available. There was only one chef working that night, which made the service a bit slow, but the delicious food more than made up for it. I ordered the chicken Alfredo, and it was absolutely fantastic! I couldn't finish the entire plate, but I was thrilled to have some tasty leftovers for later. I also really enjoyed the bread; it was fresh, soft, and complemented perfectly with oil and vinaigrette.

We were seated near a charming little wall fountain, and with the string lights above and matching decor, it felt as though we had escaped the city. We started with a Caesar salad, and without us even asking, our waitress offered to split it for us—she truly read our minds! The salad was lightly tossed in dressing and we generously added cheese to our portions; it was delicious—possibly the best Caesar salad I've ever had! My sister really enjoyed her salmon entree, though we felt the portion was a bit small given the price. My fettuccine, on the other hand, was a massive portion, but I thought it could have used more sauce to enhance the flavor.

Second... read more However, there were two reasons why I didn't give it a full five stars. First, the chicken that accompanied the fettuccine looked good but lacked flavor. Second, the prices were a bit higher than expected. **Note:** The prices on Yelp were around $12 less than what I found on the actual menu, as shown in the picture I posted. We had a party of seven, which included one $50 bottle of wine, four separate glasses of wine, two appetizers, seven entrees, and a couple of desserts, along with an $80 tip, totaling $541.22. When I went in expecting to spend around $350 based on what I saw online, this came as a bit of a shock, and it’s still on my mind five days later. My wife and I will definitely return for date nights, but it may not be a place we choose for the whole family.
