Over time, Colorado Grill's quality has declined and prices have increased. Our family used to enjoy dining at CG (all locations), but not anymore. A meatless burger ordered as usual. Beyond Burgers, I am usually smaller and thick like a hockey puck. This patty was wide and flat, looked like real flesh. I called to be repaired, they wouldn't repair because they were sure it wasn't real meat. Simple fixation would have been easy if they thought it was meat or not. Tired of unprofessional enterprises.
When I called and ordered the employee already had a snarky attitude with me bc I asked him to repeat my order BEFORE he asked for my name. I had to ask what was the price and wait time because for some reason he didn?t think it was important to tell me. I get there and he doesn?t tell me how much my change is or count it in front of me . These are things a cashier is expected to do . The chicken nuggets were burnt and instead of being helpful and putting the 4 milkshakes I ordered in a cup holder he put them on the other side of where I had the cup holder. While I was filling up the 4 sodas I ordered. I spent almost 48 dollars here just to have this type of experience. I only get a chance once a month to cater to my sisters and bring them some outside food because my families household is extremely strict on eating at home and eating healthy. So for them to get a break I thought this place would be a great idea but clearly I was wrong . Never again!
Awesome burgers with a great selection of options . Even salads aswell
Visited on a Saturday afternoon. We were greeted by friendly, knowledgeable staff who were happy to help us. The food variety is great and they even have a beyond burger. Service was fast and the burgers we had were amazing and the fries were perfect. Our daughter got a yummy, generous sized shake. The owner was there and is very nice. Great place to grab a burger or even a grilled cheese sandwich ?
Amazing food! I can't believe I passed this place up so many times and never stopped! Everything is good, from the variations of burgers to the crispy onion rings! I stop by when I can! Order online if you don't have some time to wait.
