They were severely understaffed (as a lot of places are right now) but the stress of that didn't affect the girls' attitude at all! We went during lunch rush today and they handled it with the best attitude! Very pleasant, still got my drink refilled before it was empty, got my food and finished it within the hour! Whoever the 2 girls were working today, def need more than just a praise at work because they were awes... View all feedback.
Every time we dine at this restaurant, we have a great experience. We were seated at a booth immediately and our server was exceptional. Unfortunately, I can't recall her name. Our food arrived promptly and was delicious. My husband enjoyed the prime rib tacos, while I had the chicken fajitas. It's a fantastic family-friendly restaurant that my grandkids can't get enough of.
My husband and I drove to Ducey's only to find that they were closed. We were very disappointed, especially since food is important to me being 7 months pregnant. Instead, we went to Chili's, where we always enjoy great food and excellent service. Thank you Chili's for never disappointing us and for being conveniently located nearby!
The food was great I got the honey chipotle chicken crispers and waffles. It was delicious. The restraint staff was very accommodating toward my daughter who is in a wheelchair. I will go back I am pleased to see chili’s has revamped their menu.
Food was great and the waitress was very efficient. She kept coming back to ask if needed anything else.
The food at this restaurant is excellent and the staff is amazing! The service is fast and the staff is very attentive and accommodating.
