Chicago's Pizza With A Twist Kings Canyon, Fresno, Ca

Be cautious when ordering from their website, as it can be misleading. We ordered the Bombay Garlic Pizza, but when we got it home, it was drenched in an overwhelming amount of overly sweet BBQ sauce. It was really unappetizing. The website lists all the toppings but fails to mention that BBQ sauce would be added. When I called to inquire, the woman who answered simply said, "I don't know what the website says; we put BBQ sauce on the pizza," and then fell silent. There was no attempt to rectify the situation, so I suppose that’s the end of it. The pizza was disappointing. Additionally, the restaurant could benefit from putting more effort into cleaning the front area, as it was littered with debris and trash, which was quite off-putting. I pre-paid for my order online, or else I wouldn’t have even bothered to get out of the car. I won’t be wasting my family's time with this place again.

The pizza here is fantastic, but the ranch dressing is a letdown. It tastes like Kraft ranch. If you switched to Me-n-Ed's ranch, you'd have a winning combination.

There are plenty of other pizza places that prioritize excellent customer service, but this staff member was unhelpful and indifferent. This was my go-to spot for Indian pizza, but after this incident, neither I nor my family will be returning. It's especially disappointing because we were regular customers, often ordering around ten pizzas a week; he didn't seem to care at all. It's frustrating how one employee's poor attitude can tarnish an entire experience. When the service is bad, the quality of the food suffers as well, which is why I can only give this place one star now.

For me, pizza can only be good if the crust is good. Toppings are ways to elevate pizza, but the crust is fundamental. Unfortunately, the crust at Chicago 's Pizza with a twist is horrible. Tasteless, dry, crumbly... it perhaps the worst crust I 've had on a pizza in Fresno, barring one other local place. While I did appreciate the interesting flavors and toppings I enjoyed the tikka masala pizza topping), the crust made the overall experience disappointing. Add to that the price charged $70 for 3 smallish large pizzas), and they have guaranteed I will never order from this establishment again. Ended up throwing away at least half the order, as no one in the house would consume it.
