Chef's Table - Fresno

This is unequivocally my favorite restaurant in Fresno. The quality of the food is what you'd expect to find in San Francisco, and it was a delightful surprise. The menu is extensive, and the wine collection is impressive. The service is impeccable as well. It's difficult to find any faults with this restaurant. Perhaps the wine list could be a bit more unique, but it's so solid that it's hard to complain. I used to think it was odd to discover such a skilled chef in Fresno until I learned he was the son of a local couple. He clearly understands what it takes to run a successful restaurant in the city—the interior is thoughtfully decorated, the prices are on the higher side, but the exceptional service makes it all worthwhile. Definitely worth a visit!
