Butterfish - Fresno

I have placed orders online several times before without any problems. This time I had problems with the order, so I called the shop. I told them what happened to their system and one of the workers was more than willing to help me and my order on the phone (to whom I was grateful). However, a manager was nearby and must have heard that my order was taken over the phone and she entered and did not allow my order to be taken over the phone. She came on the phone and tried to tell me I went online and do what I had tried for the last 30 minutes! I tried to explain that her system didn't work and she just didn't want to listen. I asked if she would please help me and her answer was that you could call back in 10 minutes if we weren't so busy. I just gave up. Go to management! So keep customers back! (not!) Terrible experience. I will make the trip to the next location on my next order. For such terrible customer service from the administration, not worth my time and money.

Excellent freshly prepared raw seafood-oriented shells. Everything is fantastic and do not overlook the warm bowl options, especially the spicy chicken catsu. Meals are $12 to $15 but are an excellent value.

If you want the flavors of sushi rolls, but do not want to eat a full meal. The hardest part is the choice from all delicious options, but they have a few preconfigured combos for the undecided. We ate here a few times and loved everything. A new family lover.

I never knew I liked Poke Bowls so much until I started eating at Butterfish. A healthy quick opportunity that even has its own app. We take a lot and Butterfish is on our Go-to list as a frequent flyer. Rising Sun is my personal favorite.

I tried the Honey Nut Shrimp bowl and it was so tasty.
