Don't bother coming here or ordering online. Poor worker is there by themselves. You'll be here for over a hour. I feel bad.

I will never come to this location again ! Ever since owners have change everything about this location is bad . Today was the final draw that made me change my mind forever. Bought more then 4 packs of ice cream , and every time I have bought it I was offered cones that I never knew I can get . So from then on out I would always ask for cones with my purchase. Today I'm purchasing more than 4 prepackaged ice creams so I ask for cones and the worker turns and says 50 cents each ! I'm like you kidding me ? I was told it's free with purchase now you making money off me ? I would t ask for something if I haven't done so before . Long story short I know I am right because I was offered that before by very nice workers before, but todays worker very rude and just full of dislike. Her name was Patricia. I hope that's her name If she told me the truth . On top of that I was at this location standing In line more than 20 minutes and there was bunch of ice cream uncovered out on the counter and then they serve us those products. GROSS

Went in the other day for a scoop and saw these amazing cakes on display. I'm going to have to come back to pick up one for my dad's birthday this month. The employee was super friendly and great customer service. Definitely going back.

I will NEVER EVER come here again for any sort of ice cream. Go to COLDSTONE. Always better. I had placed an online order a week in advance for a pizza ice cream cake (polar cake) for a specific time. I showed up 15 mins early just to be told, I was about to call you and let you know my MANAGER won't be here til 12pm and so it won't be ready til after 12pm. My online order was schedule to be ready at 11:30am. First of all, you as a manager had plenty of time of when it was needed. If you cannot get it ready at a time given available, then en don't have the time slot available! How unprofessional! No I am not waiting. I had a specific time for a reason!
