**Dining Experience at Local Pho Spot: A Mixed Bag**
This local pho restaurant presents a diverse dining experience, balancing moments of culinary delight with notable shortcomings. While some dishes, like the pork chop and beef soup, impress with generous portions and flavor, others fall flat, such as the bland pho broth and overcooked noodles. Service is generally accommodating, though some patrons encountered issues with takeout, including messy packaging. Despite these inconsistencies, the restaurant shows promise, particularly with its brisket and ribeye dishes. While die-hard pho enthusiasts may seek alternatives, casual diners might find value in the offerings and a welcoming atmosphere worth revisiting.

Super flavorful, clean tasting, tasty soup and HUGE portions! Service is good too, but maybe because it's a bit empty when I went. Overall, I'm coming back again and will recommend my family and friends!
I have pho at least once a month. The place tried their best, and their service is accommodating. That being said I cannot in good faith recommend this place to anyone that feels passionate about pho and Vietnamese food. Their soup broth is very lightand thin compared heavy beefy flavor that pho broth should be.
Decides to stop by and give this place a try. A modern dark interior with pretty interesting hanging lights. We ordered a couple of dishes with a couple of refreshments. The presentation of the dishes was terrific until you start to eat it. The pho brothwas exceptionally bland. The marinated Kobe Beef with noodles was overcooked so it was tough to chew on.
Food taste okay, but the owner was very rude, he makes wrong orders but Instead of apologizing, he blamed the customer for not making it clear.
Stopped by as a second choice since our first was fully booked for the night. The interior is very minimalistic. It's a very different look from other Vietnamese places that I am used to. I would have accepted the interior design if the place was acontemporary or modern take on Vietnamese food. But it's not. The spring rolls we got were good. Smaller than what I'm used to.We asked for extra dipping sauce and it was given to us on even smaller portions in plastic containers even though the dish isserved in a small dipping bowl. The pho was good. The flavor was nice but I found the noodle dish itself not very filling sincethe broth was clean instead of rich. We got their seafood with sour cabbage from their house special menu. We got 3 pieces ofshrimp, some squid and maybe some scallops? You're paying $16 for veggies and a side of seafood. If you're an avid consumer ofVietnamese food. I honestly can't recommend this place. But if you're stopping by in the area and want something quick. It's nota bad choice especially if you get their pho.
