Description
This restaurant showcases fresh ingredients and a clean ambiance, yet visitor experiences reveal concerning inconsistencies. While some patrons enjoyed dishes like the Aloha Poke bowl, others faced significant issues, such as food poisoning after a crab bowl and poorly prepared sandwiches. Miscommunication regarding dietary needs and haphazard ingredient preparation contributed to disappointment. Staff training appears crucial to rectify service issues, as varying charges and inconsistent food quality were widely noted. Despite its potential, a focus on quality control and attentive service is necessary for this establishment to enhance its reputation and customer satisfaction.

I'm absolutely hooked on the poke bowls here! The staff is incredibly friendly and the place is spotless and charming. I absolutely adore the Hawaiian poke bowl with fresh salmon—my mouth waters just thinking about it! It's so fresh and delicious! This is definitely the best food spot in the area, especially since it offers a healthier option!
Great salads! Finally, I’ve found a salad place on Union Turnpike that lives up to my expectations! The only downside is that they claim to close at 9 PM, but when I arrived today a bit after 7, they were already closed. It’s not the best decision to shut down during prime dinner hours.
I had the Aloha Poke bowl for lunch, and you can really taste the freshness of the ingredients—it's delicious! The only drawback during my visit was the limited drink options available. However, the restaurant is clean, has a great ambiance, and is located in a nice spot.
I experienced food poisoning after eating a crab bowl at this restaurant. I was on a business trip and had to pull over while driving to be sick. I do not recommend this place.
During a recent order, the Chicken Avocado Panini arrived in questionable condition, with chicken and bits of crust on top of the sandwich. I had to call the restaurant to ensure it hadn’t been tampered with; they explained that it was simply a rushed preparation, and some ingredients spilled out while cutting the sandwich. They offered to remake it, but it would take too long and conflict with our lunch breaks. Additionally, my Pica Picante bowl was missing its pita chips and came with the wrong dressing. Instead of the sweet, spicy, and tangy yuzu dressing I expected, it was topped with shoyu dressing, which is salty and doesn’t complement the bowl well. The brown rice and quinoa were also overcooked and hard, rather than the usual perfect al dente texture. The crispy fried chicken was dry and rubbery, which a coworker had previously complained about as well. Management should definitely look into these issues. I will update this review as needed.
