What Phil Levin doesn't like about Chicago's Pizza:
I grew up in Chicago. THIS IS NOT CHICAGO PIZZA AT ALL. And if the food does not live up to its name the rating does not go. All this is a thicker crust. A lesson. Chicago deap dish. Crunchy bottom crust. Bread layer. CHeese mix layer. Toppings. Then sauce. Great pizza and great value! Two of us ate them for less than $15 and took a few pieces home! Pizza came out very fast. No complaints!
Food was great! Service was friendly! Restaurant was very clean and tables were closed and space out well to keep the social dispute.
Decent pizza, I don't know if I really would call it Chicago style. It's kind of normal deep-court pizza. It's good, but it didn't wake me. The waiting staff was very nice, but the food was very slow. All in all, not bad. I'd come back by if I ever was in the area.
That's a pretty good pizza. I rated servale pizza places and these one of the best pizzas. It is better than pizza hat, dominos or Papa John's (although it doesn't take much to be better than Papa John's. Good thing you're in the area. I had Chicago's pizza in other places and it's always good.
