I stopped by during my lunch break and waited in line to order a chicken Mexicali sandwich. While I was waiting, it seemed like there was an issue at the register involving the two customers ahead of me. After I finally got to pay for my meal, I headed back to work. Once I opened my bag there, I discovered a tuna sandwich instead. I expected better.
Terrible service. The woman took five minutes to pay attention to us at 9:45 PM and then abruptly stopped taking our order at 9:55 PM, claiming she was out of time. This was for a takeout order. I will never return to this restaurant.
Terrible restaurant. The customer service is awful; they didn't even finish taking our order before asking us to leave, even though the store was still open. The staff member wouldn't allow us to voice our complaints and refused to provide her name so that we could speak with the manager. I highly recommend avoiding this place—you'll be treated poorly and leave feeling frustrated.
Truly disappointed with the customer service. I found the employee to be rude and disrespectful. The lack of courtesy and professionalism is evident. I hope that the management takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements to ensure better customer experiences in the future.
