Shang Cafe - Fremont

The restaurant is expensive and the food does not meet the price. Are the owners just in it for the money? Why charge so much for a basic dish like noodles or rice?

The restaurant at this location is superior to the one in Cupertino, offering a more varied menu and more delicious flavors. I will definitely be back if I am in the area again.

This place is slow and the price has gone up so much over the last two years. I used to love this place but don’t think I will ever eat here again. I don’t know what happened to the owner who just cannot hire more help. A restaurant full of costumers with only ONE waitress.

The ambience is great with so so service. anyway, the salt and pepper chicken is always the best menu i think though a bit different with the one in cupertino in term of presentation. the beijing pork chop is not recommended the bone is quite big so less meat and still hard to chew. they also put the sauce too much and very sweet. somehow i feel pricey here compared with the one in cupertino...
