That... read more The food was hopelessly bad. Chicken was stinking and very oily. None of the curries was fresh and was very fat. It took about 15 minutes to get the naan. That was Friday. No one should pay 20 for such food. Bombay Garden would have been a better option.

Prices do not correspond to food quality. Meat was very dry and the tandoor was not properly cooked (the raw wort is not cooked on the meat). The server did not even have an eye on our table, although it was not busy.. He took about 30min to get close to our table to get main course order after serving starters. I tried to dispense with him several times and failed because he was in the kitchen the most time.

My famil... read more I have visited three different Sakoon restaurants and have never been disappointed by the flavor and taste. This time, I dined at the Fremont location. My family started with two appetizers—Chaat Papdi and Saufia Paneer—and they both loved the flavors. The only minor issue was that there were fewer papdis in the Chaat Papdi (lol). The main courses were also very delicious. When we requested green chili on the side to add more spice, they offered a different dish (some kind of salad) instead, which I didn’t quite understand. The seating on the sides is a bit cramped and uncomfortable, but the middle seats are better since you can adjust the chairs. My review mostly centers on the taste, and I would happily return whenever I want to enjoy flavorful food.
