**Dining Experience Review: A Mixed Bag of Comfort and Flavor** While one visit to this cozy restaurant offered a warm welcome and delightful dishes like Pho and Bo-Bun—appreciated for their generous portions and reasonable prices—other patrons faced discomfort due to poor temperature control and mediocre service. An open door during a sweltering day detracted from the experience, with limited staff engagement noted. Additionally, concerns about cleanliness in food preparation areas raised hygiene questions. Ultimately, despite fresh ingredients and commendable flavors, fluctuating service quality and environment suggest potential improvements are necessary for a consistently rewarding dining experience.

As I approached the restaurant, I noticed the door was wide open. This suggested either they were being frugal with the air conditioning or it was out of order, and considering the temperature was nearly 100°F, it was quite uncomfortable. I had hoped to relax in a cool restaurant, but instead, I found myself eating my hot meal in a stuffy environment. I ordered the roast chicken, which was mediocre at best. With the door left open to the sweltering heat, my dining experience became rather unpleasant. I typically avoid drinking the tap water at restaurants, but in this case, I ended up having three glasses—not out of thirst, but to help cool myself down. Unsurprisingly, the only staff member present was an elderly gentleman sitting at a back table, engrossed in watching videos on his phone. While I do commend him for providing some level of customer service, I had to flag him down for a water refill instead of him checking in on my table. Furthermore, the prices on the menu were higher than I'd expect at other Vietnamese restaurants. After this experience, I would definitely think twice about dining here again if a similar situation occurs. Price: Quality: B Service: B

This restaurant is a must-visit for lunch or dinner, especially if you're in Paris and craving authentic Asian cuisine. You won't regret the experience! I highly recommend trying the Pho, which is a traditional soup. The prices are quite reasonable as well.
