I received some very horrible customer service from this young lady I ordered a small regular coffee and it took like 30 minutes for me to get it I have to basically go up there and ask for my coffee because she didn't care about me anymore after I paid. This was a very unpleasant and emotional situation that I was in I felt very embarrassed and ashamed not even went into thislocation but I never will I'm very disappointed at the customer service that this young lady has presented to me. The coffee was very good. The hostess was very nice. I have to mark you down because they put the seam of the cup towards the front and therefore hot coffee dribbled all over me. THANKS! This is barista 101, the cup seam goes OPPOSITE the drinkinghole. If I've helped just one person, it will have been worth it.
I don’t usually come here, because of how pricey the items are, but they serve good food though. It’s one of the usual cafes I go to. Like Starbucks, they have a reward system where you can have a free size upgrade to the drink.
I’ve never been to Peet’s, but I’m boycotting Starbucks so I have to find a new coffee place. The barista at the register was very rude and condescending. I get it customer service is hard but it’s not an excuse to make customers feel uncomfortable. I had asked for a bread and she told me that they were out, I then asked what else was available, to which she responded with “what’s in front of you is what we have” and rolled her eyes. (I had asked for a bread that was in case that seemed like it was available, which is why I asked. The dining room portion of the cafe was very dirty as well, but that could be that they are understaffed. The whole experience was meh. Probably won’t go back.
